About Independence Group P/L

In 1996 Independence Group Australia was created to market residential property as an investment vehicle.

As a further service Independence Group Australia arranged and negotiated property management and has also taken an active roll in representing our clients in Strata Management where applicable.

By offering individual coaching to our clients, many have become owners of several residential investment properties during this period. Many of these individual properties because of location and features have, on average, out performed the local market in producing capital growth.

Since 1996 Independence Group Australia has been involved with our clients in the purchase, management and ongoing support for over $100 million of residential investments. During this period Independence Group Australia has developed expertise in delivering to our client’s investment vehicles including commercial property, financial planning businesses, property trusts, enabling our clients to invest in a broad spectrum of asset classes for both growth and income. Independence Group Australia has also developed educational courses such as Success Coaching to both individuals and corporate clients.
